To ensure your ticket is responded to as fast as possible - please do not submit duplicate requests. 

Support staff are working 7-days a week to ensure your tickets are responded to promptly.


OPENING HOURS: Our support staff work between the hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, PACIFIC Standard Time. If you send us a message outside of these hours, please bear with us until someone is available to help.


Please do NOT submit multiple tickets because this may cause a delay as we review them all and may end up in a slower overall response time to you.


If you haven't already, please make sure you've provided us with as much detail as possible about the question or problem you're having. For example, telling us the name of your account or including a link to your checkout page will help us get back to you as quickly as we can.


IMPORTANT: A loom link or online video or screenshot illustrating your issue will greatly help and reduce the back-and-forth investigation of your ticket.
