We have a no questions asked refund policy for 30 or 60 days from the day you purchased our digital products. The number of days depends on the product.


To facilitate the refund process, please indicate the following on the ticket:


1. The Product name

2. Date of purchase

3. Transaction ID

4. PayPal email when paid via PayPal


You can also attach your RECEIPT.  Your RECEIPT contains the information we need to process your refund quickly.


Although we hardly have any refund issues with our products, you can ask us to process a refund ONLY through our Ticket System. 


We use PayPal, JVZOO, Zaxaa, and/or Clickbank to sell our digital products.  Refunds can only be processed through the Cart System that was used to purchase the product you want to get refunded on.


IMPORTANT: If you chargeback directly from PayPal or your credit card, your refund request will be DENIED.


We will contest your chargeback claim by providing PayPal all the detailed records of your logins and downloads.  We have NOT lost a chargeback claim that we can easily prove to be fraudulent.


In addition to being denied a refund, disputing a PayPal or credit card charge by asking for a "chargeback" can lead to being put on a blacklist that we and other merchants on PayPal, JVZOO, Zaxaa, and/or ClickBank can check for customers who might try to defraud merchants.
